I didn't eat breakfast as I check out at 6 AM and Breakfast isn't offered that early. I arrived on a snowy evening. Nothing was plowed and I had to walk in deep snow around half of the building to the front door as there isn't another entrance. Plow buried my car in and in the morning I had to blindly back my car up into the driveway just to clean off my car. Parking near the entrance is very limited as there aren't spots to borh sides of entrance. It's a long and dangerous walk in snow. Computers were down so had to write credit card information down on a paper form. Received a text message in the middle of the night for me to confirm my room #. No compensation for the inconvenience.

The staff was great. The gentleman that works nights is exceptionally conscientious and caring. Great employee. The TV’s are not user friendly. We missed the end of a football game because of not knowing how to use the remote.
