The worst night ever. We were on the second floor. Caution the floor noise is terrible especially if the 3rd floor decided to use it as a dance floor . We called the front desk at 10:30 pm , front desk said they will handle it... Noise kept goig at 10:50. They never did a thing. Decided at 11:18 pm. I had enough and left.

Positives: Hotel lobby and dinning area were clean and inviting. Morning breakfast options were good too. The beds were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the creek view and patio with tables in the evening. Negatives: The first room we were placed in had a really strong mildew smell and the bath tub was severely cracked and patched with epoxy glue. Between the mildew and the scent of the epoxy, we requested another room. It was better, but not great. I suppose I had higher expectations. The room lighting was dim and uninviting and still had a strong unpleasant scent in the new room. Not sure what the scent was. More epoxy glue maybe? Noise level between rooms were a little bothersome. We heard the TV and someone snoring next door in the middle of the night. Our room was right across from the dinning area so we started hearing a lot if people talking around 6 am. I probably would not stay here again.

We were so disappointed that the pool was not filled for the length of our stay. We chose that hotel so our six year old little niece could come over and swim while we were visiting Missoula. She showed up with her new swimsuit and her little Floaties and the pool was empty for cleaning. We were told the pool would be filled the following day, which was Tuesday the 29th. However, it was not. It was very disappointing.

The elevator has no inspection certificates - just empty frames, one with bubble gum on it. The bedding had stains but we used them anyway. The next morning the toilet clogged. I asked the desk to have both the sheets and toilet addressed before we came back at 4. It wasn’t done. There were still feces in the toilet and the bed was not made up. We checked out and moved to another hotel.
