Needs updating

The lobby and its ambience is misleading to the rest of the very aging property. Rooms need an update, especially the bathrooms. Staff was very friendly though.

This hotel faced the main road in Moab. Very congested area. Surrounded by souvenir shops. It is ok. Could use a major update and redo. The room was dark and stale smelling. The ac was noisy and the bathroom had stains on the ceiling. The young man at the front desk was very pleasant. Breakfast was the usual American fair. Gummy muffins, a yogurt machine which pumped out very sweet product,, scrambled , eggs, coffee, juice, some fruit, and a pancake machine. Some imagination and creativity to make it more appetizing would have been most welcome. Glad we only had to stay one night. I would research other options

Appreciated the walkability of this location to downtown Moab. Door had a bit of a gap in the bottom, but not a big deal. Chose this for the free breakfast, but turned out to be not the best (issues with pancake machine and eggs were a funny taste/texture). Parking was great and easily accessible. Bed was comfy and AC was GREAT after a hot day at the parks.

The room was clean, and in general updated and comfortable. Breakfast staff was above par, but little to no variation in what was served. The big negative was the outside noise level in the room; the room is just a few feet from the main highway through town - at an intersection - where off-road vehicles, semi-trucks, dirt bikes and every other kind of vehicle passes by at all hours. When we asked for another room, we were told, "You chose the room."

Conveniently located in downtown Moab, you are within walking distance of everything. This is a MOTEL with outdoor entrances, a nice pool area, laundry, and a fairly stocked continental breakfast.

The staff is lovely and very helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. I would have preferred different pillows but there were plenty of them. Our fridge didn't keep our leftovers from all the amazing nearby restaurants cold enough to be safely eaten. But that is my only complaint. The location is perfect. Pool and spa were great! Breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again.

Very nice stay

Only one ice maker was working. Our room was very nice. Laundry room was very clean. Coffee machine in the lobby also made espresso drinks, very nice! Breakfast was good also. Eggs, sausage, hash browns. Very convenient location, we walked everywhere.
