Room was quiet. We didn't hear the other patrons at all. Carpet wasn't in very good shape, but overall clean. We were there visiting Arches National Park, which was just up the street, so it was a good location. Lots of good places to eat with a grocery store across the street.

It was basically a classic motel. The staff was helpful; they responded quickly when we incurred a toilet problem. The attached, un-affiliated family restaurant was very good.

Great old style motel. Don’t get me wrong, the room was great and quiet inside. I was surprised since this place is on a busy road. I’d happily stay here again and I am really picky when it comes to hotels and motels.
