Great location, very nice staff, awesome coffee. I believe it is a remodeled older building with the good and bad of both. Lastly but not last nice pool and hot tub. Elevator is broken but assistance to carry luggage up was provided.

Everything was good except the rooms are quite loud / not soundproof! Be cautious if you’re a light sleeper - you can hear the television next door and people walking a floor above. Other than that, great!

The room was clean but small to the point of being claustrophobic. The pool and hot tub were welcomed after a long day of hiking. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, with one glaring exception. One of the front desk staff, possibly the manager, questioned the authenticity of my wife’s formally trained, federally certified service dog. She called it an emotional support animal, accusing us of using the title of service animal as an excuse for having the dog in the hotel.

Reception was great! There was no first floor type of room I booked so I was offered a discount on an upgrade. Room was excellent!

The Good: excellent location right off the main street. Very easy to walk to all the restaurants and there were a lot to choose from. They also had the best srarbucks coffee machine in the lobby. Didn't utilize the pool or spa. Very close to Arches National park anout 5-10 minutes doen the road. The not so good was we were on first floor and we could hear the people walking on the second floor all night long.
