Tremendous location. Vehicle entrance from 3 streets. Next door to food trucks, laundry, Thai & BBQ joints. 1 block to Main st with shops and restaurants. Loved the Pool, Hot Tub & Outdoor furniture. Comfortable bedding. Stayed a week, would have liked a change of sheets but not available. Recommend!

A great value for the current prices. Not an old motel renovated, but more recent construction, renovated to modern. But elevator was not functioning, and stairs only at both far ends of building. Sinks drained slowly. But all other facilities great, would happily stay again.

Loved the storage above the sink. My son though this was the coolest thing and I will admit it was sold me on the room. Staff was very polite and helpful. The hot tub was huge!

It's was above mid, maybe look at a refresher of the bedding would be a good touch, kind of off color in the sheets and pillows, maybe use some bleach next time, ha!

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days and it was awesome. Love the place and its location. It was very convenient going to downtown and the Food Truck Park. There’s also a laundromat close by. I love that there’s coffee and tea at the lobby and that they have ice machine at every floor and a water refilling at the lobby as well. Will definitely stay there when we go back to Moab!

The bed was very comfortable. The room was super clean. Unfortunately for us there was no fridge in the room but the room was adorable! A few people had complained on reviews that the room was too small, but we found it was just fine. What a great budget option! Would highly recommend!

We stayed here for five nights and we loved it. There’s so much to do around Moab and easy to get to the parks from the river Canyon lodge. They have a free shuttle on Main Street although we did not use that. Any different restaurants and very easy parking in a huge parking lot.
