Tub in 1 of the rooms was nasty. Couldn't take a shower. Didn't call desk because it was late and we wanted to sleep. In the other bathroom, there was mold on the shampoo/conditioner/ body wash holders. At check in and check out front desk was very nice.

It costs more than nearby hotels so I was expecting a little extra. There was no extra. Room was clean and comfortable, but a little dated. Bathroom in need of a renovation. Tv too small and in an awkward spot. Mini fridge too small for a carry one container, probably because it was missing the interior shelf. No napkins or plasticware in the room.

Front desk friendly, the bar/food personnel was ONLY one person on a weekend! Arts Fair and baseball tournaments this weekend/ people were waiting to order and majority left. Workers seem to be set up for failure, we felt so sorry for them. Why only 2 people working night shift. Front desk and food. She had to attend bar, take orders, and cook ALL food. Disappointed in number of staff.

Paid more for a cheaper room

Reserved a suite for $229 a night. Was told the night before we arrived that they didn’t have any suites. Got to the hotel and got a double queen bed room and the attendant said she fixed the rate for me. I figured a 2 queen bed room would be cheaper than a suite. Got back home and when the room hit the bank a few days later, my total stay was $332. Where did $100 come from? Sure I spent the ridiculous extra charge of $4.95 for “faster internet” but what about the other $95? Ended up paying more for a cheaper room than I reserved.

Perfect all around

The staff was incredible. The location is 10 minutes from downtown Mobile and the hoteknis in an extremely safe area. Couldn't ask for more!
