Roaches and earwigs in bathroom. Sink so cracked it might shatter at any second. Mold all over the bathroom. Cigarette burn-holes in all the blankets. Furniture grimy, falling apart, and ancient. We warched Housekeeping skip oir room one day (when they did arrive, they were very sweet). Above us, noisy kids unattended stomping around at 1am but No "Front Desk" button on the phone... Weird people in parking lot wandering around or watching movies in their cars, headlights shining into our window. We checked out early our last night because we couldnt sleep and the roaches were the last straw; the Night Attendant wouldn't listen to us, tried forcing us to take a different room, insisting "next time" we need to have all guests registered w/ IDs on file. We assured here there won't be a next time and we want a Refund for our last night. We started our 10 hour drive at 1am, still needing to use the bathroom, and with no sleep... thanks to Motel 6.
