Booking through Expedia, hotel staff tried to charge me for an unpaid balance, which I didn't have because I paid through Expedia. I was there for a funeral and was held up, making me late. In the end, everything was paid off, so I'm not sure where the error occurred. also the mattress seemed to sink in the middle, very uncomfortable. Not sure if we just had bad luck with this chain of hotel.

Lonesome check in clerk

I had issues with the app in making the reservation and it took an hour for us to get it straightened out to the point we had the room we wanted. It was not the hotel’s fault but Hotels.com is still working out the issue. The hotel itself had staffed the front desk with an unfortunate rookie. He was all alone in the hotel with no help with multiple issues with the computer and a line of people needing assistance. Anthony was very kind and patient.

Hotel needs some TLC

The hotel beds were very comfortable. The a/c was very, very noisy. The carpet in the hallway to the room on the 2nd floor was absolutely filthy. The hotel definitely needs some TLC.

The lobby was hot and humid. There was mini fridges in the hallway by the elevator the end of the hallway where our room was, was covered in contruction materials. We called the front desk and asked if we should take towels from the room for the pool and they said they had towels at the front desk. We went and got 2 towels they were a joke. not much bigger then large cup towels. The pancake machine was broken and the breakfast was cold. The picture online paints and very different picture. For the same amount of money i will defiantly stay somewhere else.
