A hotel positioned at 4/5 stars, with a scale larger than average hotels, and with a whole collection of amenities. However, rooms are a bit old, and breakfast and parking came with another price.

Came back from the pool around 11am check out is suppose to be 12pm but my room card keys stopped working had to go all the way down to the front desk why wife and kids sat out of the room wet and cold. Also got a 5$ parking ticket from the city for staying 2 hrs past 10am so the check shouldn’t be 12 or the delta should have a deal with the city for parking epically when I paid almost $20 for it as well, not right, not the best stay because of it. Happened to more then just me on my floor too
