Overall room was clean and bed comfortable. A bit loud until 11pm. Lots of smokers in and out of their room. Bathroom had no shelves so super hard to get ready and no shampoo. A plug near the mirror in the room would have been helpful. Room is a bit dark. Restaurant attached was ok

A good place to stay for a good price. Room was nice and quiet, bed very comfortable. Some areas require more attention to detail when cleaning, such as doors and trim, but overall it was pretty clean. Breakfast was good. Friendly and helpful people at front desk and we loved the free cookies and coffee. Painting the stairwells would go a long way to giving a better first impression- I wasn’t sure what to expect on my way to the room. But it was fine. Would stay here again.

Good if you are desperate

I only give one star because I am really unhappy with what I paid for it. When I got in, the bathroom still smelled of the previous occupant's urine, and there were some pubic hairs in a few corners of the bathroom. I think I shouldn't have paid as much as I did for the room, at least £75 ($150 CAD) less would have been better and would have encouraged a better review from me. Other than this the bed was really comfortable and spacious and the room did it's job. A good choice for a last minute stay but be prepared for sucky value. They also claim to give you a 10% discount if you order meals in their restaurant but they never gave it to me. I would stay here again if they improve their services, but on this occasion I'll be seeing about getting some of my money back. The staff member who greeted me when I checked in and out was pleasant though.
