The staff is incredibly rude. Our flight got delayed for a day, and the hotel will not reimburse me. I’ve reached out to orbitz and the hotel, due to the hotels unwillingness to answer, they will not refund me. The girls at the front didn’t give me a towel card or WiFi password. The same food is served the next day. Also our bed room sheets had stains already in them.

Staff were really nice and made our trip as perfect as it could be. Rhi- Rhi, Bubbles and Brittany from the activities department were amazing and so kind! Food was good and there was always staff available if we needed anything. Spa was also really nice!

Overall, the resort was nice and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which really made the experience enjoyable. My main concern was the food selection. There wasn’t a wide variety of options, and most of the meals were served lukewarm instead of hot. Breakfast especially was limited, as there were no alternatives besides pork bacon, sausage, etc. It would be nice to see more turkey options or other non-pork and non-beef choices for guests with dietary preferences. The alcohol selection was also somewhat limited. That said, the excellent customer service from the staff definitely helped make up for the lack of variety.

Staff were all lovely and efficient! There was always food and drink available, lots of activities, and we were always able to find a "good" spot to sit on the beach or by the pool. Room was exactly as described, and housekeeping was thorough and helpful. Such a fun, relaxing, bright atmosphere!!

The room's layout and aesthetics were very good, however, there were just to pillows without any quilted blankets. We called and eventually received those items a few hours later. The amenities were generally fine, with the only issue being the connectivity to the WiFi network. Other than that, the food, entertainment, drinks and ambience were all of a high quality.

Loved how we were left quotes every night in our room. Our blankets were set up so cute. Plenty of lounge chairs at the pool and beach. Great air conditioning. Everyone was soooo nice!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the food, which unfortunately was not of good quality and definitely needs improvement. If the hotel can work on enhancing the food options and overall quality, it would easily deserve a five-star rating. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I appreciate the excellent service provided by the team.
