This smoke-free resort features a full-service spa, an outdoor pool and a restaurant. Wired Internet in public areas is free. Additionally, a 24-hour fitness centre, a bar/lounge and a poolside bar are on-site.
Bernardus Lodge & Spa offers 73 accommodations with iPod docking stations and DVD players. Rooms open to balconies or patios. This accommodation offers separate dining areas. Pillowtop beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets, down duvets and premium bedding. 32-inch LCD televisions come with premium cable channels, first-run films and pay-per-view films. Guests can make use of the in-room coffee/tea makers and minibars (stocked with some free items). Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower with a deep soaking bath, bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries.

We were visiting here for our 35th wedding anniversary. We have been coming up every year for our anniversary and at least one other time a year for the past decade. This time was a little different as we didn’t receive our bottle of wine which was a little disappointing (I guess I’m spoiled because we have received one each anniversary), but the facilities and spa were amazing. The staff at the spa, restaurant and valet were beyond wonderful. Looking forward to our next visit already.
