The property is very clean and friendly. I liked the complimentary breakfast. I liked our stay at this hotel, except they did gave us room in front of the ice machine which would get loud at times especially in the early mornings. The hotel parking is free which is a plus for us. However, out of the three nights we stayed, we only used the parking garage once. This is due to repairs/maintenance on the first garage floor. Our truck did not fit on the second level parking garage, so we had to park in the front of the hotel. Overall, we rated the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 stars due to those little inconveniences, but we did left happy!

This hotel seems to have everything you need in its category (basic and clean), but it doesn't feel cozy and welcoming. The surly man at the front desk said our room wasn't ready without even looking at the computer because we arrived 15 minutes before check-in time. Then a woman came and we went to her desk and she checked us in right away. The front desk staff doesn't seem to care about the guests. But the woman serving our room was nice and helpful. Breakfast has protein: omelettes, sausages. That’s plus.

The hotel is in a safe area. clean and close to dining and attractions. The parking is easy. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Lobby has microwave and coffee machine and it is very helpful when travel with family. The noise insulation can be improved though. We can hear the noise from above floor.
