Not too shabby

Overall this was a pretty good hotel. Pillows were delightful. Room was average. It was a great hotel as we just needed it for the night, nice and close to the beach. The water pressure for the shower was wasn’t great, it started off good but then by the time the next person showered it was trickling out. The staff however was very friendly

Don’t stay here

The check in process was easy and attendant was helpful. The room was gross. From a very dirty and grimy bathtub to hair on the towels, which were also very worn out, to the dirty sheets with stains and a loud bed metal frame, the hotel was a 1/10. You can hear the guests Nextdoor on both sides and people out until 2am it was very unpleasant. Would not recommend unless you have no other option.

Check-in was very easy, and the young man at the desk was very friendly and welcoming! The property is old, but clean, and it is literally right off the freeway, so very convenient and traveling. Additionally, there is a Denny's right in the parking lot, which makes dining very simple!

Meh, just a room. Felt safe but poor quality

It was just a place to sleep no bells or whistles. No coffee, no toiletries, shampoo, cream rinse, tissues. The rain gutters were literally mini gardens with plants growing out of them! The door mats were torn strips of carpet which were filthy. It just seemed bare bones and dirty. Bed was awful, hard and very unstable made creaking noise every time you turned over. Amenities? A TV? It’s a “you get what you pay for” type of thing. Also I love it says walking distance to the beach! With that, I guess everywhere could be walking distance to the beach!

Staff was very nice. Property is appealing and centrally located. Walkable to dining and shopping. The room cleanliness was questionable. We found hair on the floor, dust on the shelves, and the majority of the towels had stains on them despite appearing washed including stains that looked like old blood. Walls are a little thin so neighbors will definitely be heard if they are loud.

This motel 6 is conveniently located with eateries and Walmart for every shopping needs. Best of all the price is affordable and its not far from Monterey where all the major activities are minus high price of lodging and traffic. Only negative part is that there's no microwave oven, shampoo and hairdryer has to be asked for.
