It takes more than one hour for Room Service when you call to ask about it they just tell me if I want to cancel, instead of trying to solve the issue. Hotel is Great Reception is Great Room Service TERRIBLE!!!

Well located in San Pedro. Noisy at the time of my stay as the hotel is making renovations/additions. Very poor accounting control; I prepaid my stay through Expedia and at check out the tried to charge me again for my stay. The manager had to get involved. Terrible that a high quality, high cost hotel was blaming Expedia for their poor administrative practices.

Trip for a business trip and my family was with me. Convenient for when I when to a meeting and my family was able to spend the morning at the adjacent shopping center. Not over crowded mall.

Hotel was nice and clean.Service was not great . I asked for an extra bottle of water and they made it sounds as they were doing me an enormous favor, when in reap, you could go to the gym and get them there free. Personnel is not trained well.

We loved this hotel. It’s so conveniently located near shopping and dining. The only complain will be the remodelación of the entrance. For pick up and dropping off. There’s not so much space. But everything else it’s so cool.
