When i got there, they told me I had no reservation. I showed them the reservation, but he said that the reservation was no food. Then he tried to get a room, cash only, no credit Cards. I told him i had no cash, and he says thats not his problem

Limpieza y Servicios excelente aunque encontré unas cucarachas un par de días. Luego tuve un inconveniente a las once de la noche con mis hijos menores de diez años que no me dejaron entrar con los dos a la misma habitación por una noche, no me gustó la forma que me trataron ese día sabiendo que me alojaba 20 días y solo era una noche y tuve que volver hasta la otra punta de Montevideo dejarlos y volver dos horas dps.. solo era una noche y no tuvieron un poco de consideración sabiendo la hora y lo poco seguro que está Montevideo. No volvería a alojarme en este hotel sabiendo que viajaré todos los años allí. Personal amable y educado.

Muy decepcionado no.tenía wifi.el.control.de la tv tenia.seguridad encerrado en.una caja de chapa, toallas algo.rotas, cama muy dura, solicite una silla no se ofrecio, no volvere mas a ese hotel.y creí que por el precio era algo digno, al retirarnos pidio.mi.pareja la inspección de la habitación, o sea e pagado.por noches en excelentes condiciones no.asi como la tuve la del 28 al 29 de enero nos retiramos muy temprano.a respirar mejor aire al salir a el.estacionamiento, espero.normalicen dichas habitaciones.y lo.demas, me equivoque yo.en la elección, igual por lo fuimos a Montevideo fue para dar una solución para llegar a alquilar, entonces ese objetivo lo cumpli ampliamente, no.asi.como.dormi.alli, aun.me duele la espalda porque sentia la tablillas de la cama, saludos atte.

Bueno desde que llegamos. Fue una reserva para descansar y salir en la zona. Estuvo muy agradable. Lo único que podría decir es que en la noche todas las charlas de la recepción resultaban algo molestas. Nosotros estabamos en una habitación frente a la recepción.
