Very nice staff. Very professional. The building though needs work, badly. Who ever did the outside of the building was a good contractor. The inside should give them a refund for all repairs. The ceiling in our room had a chunk of plaster/popcorn missing. Almost like there was a mirror on the ceiling that fell down.The shower door did not swing open unless you were straddling the toilet. It leaked and got the floor wet. Add in still firty towels rolled up all nice but had black dots like fleas on it. I was very displeased by the quality of the facility. The staff though especially the charge as you go breakfast (not included in your stay) was amazing.

My room was not ready when I arrived so they switched me to another room and gave me a coupon for breakfast which I thought was great. But they did not change it in the computer and someone else came into my room as I was online with my class. The front desk then called my room wanting to know who I was and why I was in that room! They forgot to change my room in their system. I could not login to their wifi. I could not watch TV as there was "no signal" after about 2 minutes watching a show. One of the lights flickered and I could not use it. The heating system made noise until I turned it off. My card did not work to get back into my room the next morning after breakfast. There was only one poor waitress in the restaurant running around like crazy. All the tables were dirty. The front desk staff was inept. Terrible place to stay!

Staff is very friendly. The parking lot is well lit, feels secure, and easy to find a spot. The rooms are okay. A little dated, restrooms a little small, and dust bunnies in the corners of the room— in places a floor vacuum can’t go or where the carpet and wall meet. Really enjoyed the bar area and drinks. Bartender was great. The wait time on food was a very longtime. Also seems as though the chef doesn’t show up to work on time as that is what was being told to us guests and why we had to wait so long to get our food. We probably had to wait over an hour and a half for the chef to show up and then probably another 45 minutes to get our food. We just ordered a burger and a turkey sandwich club with fries for both. Thankful we had a bartender that was attentive. For the reasons mentioned above why I gave it three stars.

The fact that I was charged for parking and then the parking lot was so full I had to park in the street. Most hotels have a little fridge and then breakfast was $21 a person ridiculous.

No one was at the desk both times I came through the door and needed help. All of the reception seemed irritated to help me at all. Literally rolled their eyes bc someone from the bar had to go get them in the back room. I asked about how to fix Hilton Honors and the first guy said, “I have no idea” and left it at that. Not helpful at all. Felt as if I was a nuisance to anyone I talked to. The only nice people were the ones at the bar. Everything is an up charge (breakfast, parking…). The bathtub had dirty water in it, I have photos. I was hoping to use the laundry machines but it was used the entire time despite waking up at 3am and checking. I have booked so many guests here. I am embarrassed to have sent them here and don’t think I will ever again. Def a shame. It’s beautiful on the inside but I did not feel comfortable whatsoever.

We paid for King room and got 2 full beds because football team playing stayed there and they didn’t honor what I paid for. Did NOT get a partial refund either for different room! Horrible experience and beds are NOT comfortable at alll!!!! Don’t waste your time or money!
