The room was dirty and I tried to get another room but I was told that there wasn’t one available! The surrounding area outside wasn’t clean either! I was truly disappointed with the stay there and I know that I would not ever spend another night there. I wouldn’t recommend staying there too anyone!

Hello, the service is terrible. I rented for a week because I'm working in this area and when I arrived in the afternoon to pay for the next week, they wanted to charge more money because I had to pay before 11 in the morning. That's why I changed hotels. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I arrived for a prepaid reservation after a difficult trip which included the tire blew up and no ability to get roadside service. I was told I had arrived just after their check-in time and that I would have to pay again and take it up with the manager at 8 AM. I had to be at work at 7 AM. This is obviously dishonest customer service and apparently hotel policy

I arrived with a prepaid reservation but was told that I was just past her check-in time and that I would have to pay again and speak to the manager who would arrive at 8:00. I had to be a work an hour and a half away at 7. Remember this reservation was prepaid and this policy was not honest
