The service was great, hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was that the ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of service and the pillows were not of good quality. The hotel location is near all the shopping stores and restaurants. I would stay again if I ever visited Montgomery again and would just bring my own pillows.

The property was sufficient for our overnight stay. It needed attention to areas (ie., rust, bathroom shower was dingy and needed an update.) Good breakfast options

The property is old and the carpet in the hallways shows it. From dirt to bleach stains, they have it. The room smelled clean, but upon inspection of the bed I found hair, and stains on the pillow cases and sheets. There was a throw blanket awkwardly positioned on the bed. When I removed it I saw where the duvet seemed to have been shredded and torn. I called down and asked for housekeeping to change the bedding and was told they wouldn't be back till Monday (it was Friday). I was offered a new room. Next room again had ripped, stained sheets. Asked for new bedding and was told they had to see if they had any and to check back later. Went down about half an hour later only to be given more thin, worn out stained sheets!!! We left the hotel after that. Didnt even stay the night. I was told I had to contact the third party site for a refund. Working on it... Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place!

Overall condition created a bad experience

Complex appeared dated except where updated yet updates looked bad. Transitions were taped. Flooring joints were separating Smoke detectors were dirty/stained from age Hotel common space carpet felt crunchy. Interior space smelled.
