Hotel is not clean, tub is clogged, the hotel looks nothing like pictures posted, looks like it has not been cleaned or upgraded since 1985 .. the pictures are deceiving, definitely not worth paying over $110 per night for. The only pro is there’s parking lot right in front of the hotel entrance, which is a nice amenity.

Staff - Few Lines - The lack of attentiveness was highly missing - Me and family waited for couple of minutes around 11:40pm and nobody was at reception - We kept on waiting at the door in the snow and main door to the lobby was closed - We rang intercom nobody answered couple of times - A Man after all the hustle came out with no courtesy at the reception and said our intercom isn’t working or what?! - As if we like standing in snow almost at the midnight - It’s not the end here , a housekeeping lady right around 7:30am banged my door and kept on waiting till I opened and she said oh I am sorry wrong door - Same happened with my parents room too - As if she wanted to kick us out before check out time - Never in my entire lifetime I came across with such a practice in hospitality business - I would never recommend this place to anyone later
