Not sure what alarm went off at 11:45pm but no one let anyone know what was going on took about an hour to get back to sleep was told coffee was 24/7 not breakfast was 6-9am no coffee till 7am was a very disappointing experience breakfast one cold cereal to choose from no fruit yogurt juice just bread for toast and waffle

The spigot fell off when we used the shower. The room was ok clean and the bathroom needed updated and cleaned. Breakfast was typical continental style but the fruit and yogurt was out when we went. Someone brought more out by the time we were ready to leave. It seemed they were only putting 2 of each item or so out at a time so it seemed easy to run out quickly. The ice machine didn't work so one of the maintenance workers said we might be able to get ice at the front desk but there was no one at the front desk when we went to ask. One of the ladies who was cleaning rooms was super helpful and brought us additional towels and wash cloths and took our trash when I asked.
