I was blown away considering the low price I paid. The woman working the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating. Our room was very clean and very comfy. It was Christmas Eve so I feared it would be hectic or not clean… everything was perfect.

The checkin required us to use a machine with a video chat with a person who barely spoke english. The in person staff said they weren't allowed to help us. A 2 minute checkin took 10 minutes. 2 other guests we talked to also had this terrible and frustrating experience. At breakfast there was very little food put out (1 apple, 4 yogurts, etc) The coffee looked brown and cloudy. Staff messed with machine and looked more black but smelled like plastic. Staff member refused to try it themselves. They suggested we make own coffee in the room. Before checked out saw the exposed wires below the sink - there was no outlet cover. We took a photo. Will never stay at a Quality Inn ever again.

Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Hotel has started a virtual check-in program which is a little strange (there was still someone at the front desk and then she used the kiosk where Someone is on video to check people in). It slowed the check-in process down a bit, and if the front desk person hadn’t been there I wouldn’t have known hours for breakfast nor the best way to get to my room.
