Excellent hotel. Room clean & comfortable. Staff helpful & friendly. Fabulous breakfast. Nice bar for cocktails and bar snacks. Hotel in good position for sight seeing and walking along Marine Drive. Would throughly recommend.

I had an excellent stay at the Trident, Nariman Point. The facilities and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I took the Yoga class and the instructor was great! The gym is very modern with great equipment and I appreciated the walk ability and access of the location. Strong police presence so I always felt safe!

The service needs to drastically improve. I was over charged for coffee (charged a full breakfast rate) and found a cockroach in my coffee cup. This put me off from using any of the dining options offered by the hotel

Amazing hotel and in a great location. I highly recommend upgrading to a club room where you can use the Trident Lounge on the 28th and enjoy the sunsets with a sundowner.

Fab location with a view over the ocean (pay extra for that privilege). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great gym and swimming pool in the heart of Mumbai. We did not use the restaurants, but the smell of food was incredible.
