Doc-paikalla on 4 tilavaa makuuhuonetta - 3 queen-vuode ja neljäs 2 erillistä vuodetta. Kaikissa huoneissa on ylelliset vuodevaatteet. On 2 kannettavaa erillistä vuodetta ja vuodesohva lisävuoteille. Kaksi kylpyhuonetta, 1 pääkerroksessa ja 1 yläkerrassa, missä makuuhuoneet sijaitsevat. Keittiö on hyväpalkkainen ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettujen laitteiden ja laadukkaiden ruuanlaittovälineiden kanssa. Suuri ruokapöytä perheen aterioille ja peleille. Suuri olohuone, suurella taulu-tv: llä, mukavat kalusteet, aurinkotuoli, jossa pöydät ja tuolit aamukahvia / aamiaista ja lisäistuimia varten. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sisältyvät omaan käyttöön. Nauti ulkona terassilla tai kannella iltaisten juomien ja auringonlaskun katselemiseksi. Olemme keskeisellä paikalla urheilussa kaikissa ulkoilutehtävissäsi! Olemme kävelyetäisyydellä lahden rannan puistosta, viljelijöiden markkinoilta, kuvassa olevista kiviristeilyistä, järven rannan pyöräteistä, laiturikalastuksesta, kahvilasta, keramiikasta, jäätelöstä, kirjoista, lahjoista, tuhehdusta, ravintoloista, kirkoista ja paljon muusta!
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Lake Superior. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

The only one key was a nuisance. Also the house needs a cookie sheet for baking garlic bread and etc. other than that the house was great. Good water pressure for showers Furniture was adequate. Nice to have a bench in bedrooms for suitcases.

Fantastic place to stay. Large, clean, beautifully updated home that felt very spacious, even for a group of 10. Located on the main road with direct access to the walking/bike path made for easy access to the stores, pictured rocks tour ferry dock, grand island ferry dock, etc. Highly recommend!

Clean and spacious

This house was perfect for our family of 10. There was plenty of room and everything was clean. They do not supply soap & shampoo for the showers (we stayed at multiple rentals on this trip and this was the only one that didn’t). Basically plan to bring everything you might need. The communication/paperwork before our stay was a little excessive but they left us alone for the duration of the stay (so don’t let that scare you). All in all great place and I highly recommend it, if staying in Munising.

Great stay!

Large house with enough space for our group of 11. Ranging from age 4 to 60. Everything was clean upon arrival and the directions for the house were easy to understand. We loved cooking in the kitchen and eating our meals together at the big table. Close to lots of other destinations. Only complaint would be the grill is a bit rusty so we were not comfortable using it. The host was easy to get ahold of. Would stay again if I came to the area again.

Waterfalls, lighthouses, and Pictured Rocks.

A nicely appointed home, in a great location, convenient for exploring all the beauty the area has to offer. We visited all the local shops in Munising, saw many waterfalls, lighthouses, and the Pictured Rocks, visited Marquette, Tahqhamenon Falls, and picked up rocks at Christmas and Grand Marais beaches. A great time, snd hope to visit again in the future.

Christmas 2024

We stayed at Doc's house during the Christmas holidays to be close to family and friends. It worked out great. Plenty of space with the open kitchen/dining room and adjacent living room. The 4 upstairs bedrooms are roomy with closets. Full baths on both levels. Clean, comfortable, in-town location. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

Great Property for Sisters’ Trip

We stayed here for our annual trip and it was perfect. Plenty of beds for everyone, wonderful linens and pillows, lots of space to hang out and play games. Excellent communication from the property owner. Walking distance to the boat cruise and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for UP adventures

Wonderful and clean home in a perfect spot for exploring Munising, the pictured rocks, and the Lake Superior shoreline. Spacious home had everything we needed, and is within walking distance of lots of attractions. We had a great week in late summer here!

Annual Family Trip

This was our 4th summer trip up to Munising. We love the area and exploring. This summer we stayed in Doc’s place and had an amazing experience. Plenty of space, well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. We had two children with us and they had space to play. We loved DQ across the street and visited every evening!

Great location, great property

Located in the heart of downtown Munising Doc’s place is walkable to just about any restaurant in Munising as well as Lake Superior and the town Dock. Loved the house it is very clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in good condition. We would definitely stay at Doc’s place again!

Great place

My family of 6 had a great time in this beautiful home in Munising. It is very roomy, with a huge table for dinner and games and plenty of seating in the living room/sun room. It is walking distance to the Pictured Rock boat tours and downtown Munising. It's very close to trails and waterfalls. We enjoyed 2 fires in the firepit and made lots of great memories. I highly recommend this home.
