The staff were very courteous and helpful. We were disappointed in the complimentary breakfast. Very limited warm items that were institutional and not replenished timely. No bread for toasting, only bagels.

While at best western I purchased a jacuzzi room the jets in the tub had gross slimy black things coming out of them had to clean it my self over three time before the black stuff stopped coming out of them so I didn’t get to use the jacuzzi until really late at night! The next day all I could hear is trees being cut and work being done in the room next to mine very uncomfortable and unpleasant reported everything to front desk they didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience I am very disappointed in this stay

Lovely Couples Trip

The room was super nice and it’s in its own little strip out of the actual hotel, so you get to drive right up to your room. The jacuzzi tub is plenty big enough for two people! The bed is comfortable, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

Unpleasant Surprise!

Unpleasant surprise… booked expecting to stay in a hotel that resembled the pictures posted but arrived and learned we’d be staying in the “annex” building (Motel part of the facility) which I don’t recall reading about or seeing pictures of exterior on the site. We prefer hotels with inside entrances for safety. The annex building is separate from where the pool and lobby is for breakfast which is slightly inconvenient. We arrived after dark and the parking lot was very dark as compared to the main lot. I felt unsafe and would have left had I not been traveling with my husband. There is no elevator that we could find and stairs had not been shoveled well making them treacherous especially when carrying your bags in and out. Additionally, at 12:30AM, just as we’d fallen asleep a tow truck pulled up and set a car alarm off for over a minute with honking horn and flashing lights, right into our room. The bed had black charcoal looking flecks on it and sink had pink stains in it. It just felt ghetto and a little bait-and-switch’ish. No one expects to be placed in the “annex” building in the back parking lot with icy stairs and pitch black parking lot based on posted pictures. Very sketchy. To be fair, we arrived late and left before dawn so didn’t get to see the property in the daylight, but it’s rough after dark. Staff seemed capable, but it appeared that the morning crew’s children were sleeping in the the lobby at 6:30am. Just not a good vibe. I would not stay again.

We have been there once before. Our biggest problem if there is no way to get to the pool without walking or drivingvto it. That meant both times we were there we didn't use the pool at all which I wasn't happy with. Wverything else was fine. I doubt that we will go there again.
