We had booked 6 rooms all together for Hockey Games Dec 5th and 6th. Most were from Mi but a few came from Alaska. Rooms were updated and very nice BUT we were not told ALL the halls were being updated! Hotel was ripping all the wall paper down and pulling all the carpet up. The halls to our room were A MESS. Which brought the mess into our rooms just walking down the halls. Workers worked 8am to 8pm and some areas very noisy as workers hammered and drilled. We even had one of our group going to another hotel as they could not stand the mess in the halls and the noise. Really wish we had been advised of the renovations before we book as we would have gone elsewhere!

I was disappointed, one thing I really wanted on this stay was a whirlpool tub. Pictures on expedia and on the hotel's website showed a tub with the room I ordered. When I got there I was told there are no tubs at this hotel at all.

Great 3 nights!

Even though the hotel is in the middle of a remodel, I never had an issue with noise. Even after working hours there was no noise from other guests. Everything about my room was superb. The only "complaint" I have is that the water in the bathroom sink and shower was always immediately very hot. And I mean as soon as you turn the handle it was very hot. Zero waiting. Not much of a complaint, is it? Stayed there three nights and slept soundly each night.
