Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The Front desk staff was really professional and attempted to solve all complaints. The rooms really need to be updated and cleaned. The mattresses in the room we were given had brown spots that were visible without moving the covers. The furniture was old, laundry door was falling off the hinges, the lamps in the room were old and stained, the carpet was extremely dirty looking. We left the room immediately and attempted to check out. The concierge without hesitation wanted to show us a different room that was supposedly better. He escorted us up to another and it was better than what we had just experienced. The next morning there was no hot water, we had to take cold showers. They were made aware and by the time we returned at 10pm the hot water was working again. We smelled marijuana the entire time. On the balcony, in the parking deck we just couldn’t escape it. We were skeptical about booking this property in the first place but rest assure it won’t happen again. Once again I will give the staff praise because they were very professional and on point.
