Welcome to OceanAura, a true one bedroom/one bath oceanfront unit with amazing views. Keyless entry with no contact check in or check out. Key code changed after each stay. Luxury vinyl plank flooring, granite counter tops, newer furnishings, 55 inch Samsung QLED Smart tv.

Wake up to beautiful ocean views from the king size bed with a very comfy plush mattress to enjoy the views. The nightstands have lamps with USB chargers for your phones and electronics. There is also a tv as well as access to the balcony.


Living/dining area includes a Samsung 55inch QLED Smart tv with cable channels including HBO. You also have access to Samsung TV channels . The electric fireplace provides both ambience and warmth. There is a dining table with chairs to enjoy your meals whether home cooked or ordered in. The kitchen includes stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and glass tile backsplash. There is a keurig coffee maker with a supply of some kcup pods including coffee and hot cocoa for those nights you want to enjoy the fireplace while watching your favorite tv show on cable or streaming. Games and puzzles are also included for a rainy day.

Beautiful comfortable counter height chairs and table to enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean on the balcony while having your morning coffee or your evening wine or cocktail. The condo is located on the 5th floor, the perfect floor to enjoy the beautiful views but not too high up for those that do not like heights.

We have a beach closet with beach chairs, umbrella, binoculars, and some coolers to enjoy on the short stroll to the beach.

There are many amenities to enjoy while staying here such as indoor and outdoor heated pools, lazy river, numerous hot tubs, hammocks, nice lounging areas with loungers for sun bathing. There is a pool bar during the seasonal months to grab a quick bite to eat or refreshing drink. There is a fitness room for those who never want to miss a workout. Very nice remodeled oceanfront restaurant offering wonderful meals. In a hurry? Grab a coffee or quick breakfast snack at the lobby cafe. Walk to miniature golf and restaurants such as Starbucks, Ben and Jerry's and the popular oceanfront Sea Captain's House.

We welcome dogs 20 pounds and less with a non-refundable 25.00 pet fee per night. No aggressive breeds per the HOA, .Other pets such as cats, birds and reptiles are not permitted.

Well mannered Dogs allowed 25.00 per night. 30 pound limit. Dogs must be crated if left alone in unit. 2 dog limit per stay. Do not bathe dogs in tub.

Do not use the tub to bathe dogs or remove excessive sand from yourself or dogs due to small pipes. Guests will be responsible for plumbing bills.

The view is amazing. The condo is so clean and comfy. The host had everything we would need for the beach there. They were right on top of things if I had questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Comfy mattress and great space. Would love to stay again.

The pictures don’t do the view justice! We absolutely loved the balcony view, especially being able to see and hear the ocean from the bed. Speaking of the bed, it was so comfortable! The listing pictures are very accurate & represent the unit well. Everything was so clean and smelled great. I can’t say enough about the location. We enjoyed dinner at Broadway at the Beach, which is only about a 6-7 minute drive. The check in process was easy & I appreciated the communication with JoAnna. Host hospitality a definite 10/10.

Gorgeous ocean view with a spacious balcony. The ocean side of the condo was all glass with perfect visibility. Condo was well stocked with towels, hand soap, and kitchen needs. Coffee on the balcony during sunrise was the absolute highlight of our trip. Not just dog friendly, the entire property was very welcoming with dogs. Nearby park(for the pups) and easy beach access. The room came stocked with a soft cooler and chairs for the beach as well as basic cleaning supplies to keep the condo fresh and comfortable during the stay. I really can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. I am absolutely blown away. Our host, Jo Anna, communicated clearly and answered all of our questions.

The condo was just as described on VRBO. It had all of the extras necessary for eating in the unit. The furnishings were very comfortable, including the bed & bedding. We kept the lanai door open a bit at night so we could fall asleep to the waves on the beach. Jo Anna was quick to respond to any questions we had. Plenty of restaurants are within easy walking distance. We chose not to rent a car while there & didn't have a problem purchasing groceries, walking to restaurants or just walking the beach. The pools & hot tubs were also a nice amenity. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Myrtle Beach. It's only a 12 minute Lyft/Uber ride from the airport. There is a coffee shop & restaurant in the building also. Thank you Jo Anna for sharing your place with us!!
