Overall pleased with the accommodations. Our room had a small sort of like moth balls. Opened the door and turned on AC to circulate the air. Helped some. Otherwise very pleased.

Upon entering the room we found an error on the heat unit that was blowing cold air. (This is in February!). They called maintenance and offered us a new room. Before we could retrieve our belongings, service arrived at the door and “fixed” it. He was friendly and proficient. So we stayed in original room. Much to our regret the unit malfunctioned again the next afternoon and we called for service. They fixed again (not so friendly) and we hoped it would hold us to checkout the following morning. Unfortunately we woke up in a cold room. We dressed and checked out early!!

Easy beach access! Would have liked an easy chair in the King Suite instead of a high chair from the high top table We brought in the patio chairs from outside to sit on.

Very comfortable and clean. The views we’re amazing. The sunrise was immaculate. Very clean, comfortable beds, very quiet, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. All of our attractions we’re right on the same strip. Check in was a breeze and we really enjoyed our little getaway.

Wonderful Christmas Stay at the Grand Strand

My family thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas time stay. The morning breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Our room had a beautiful view of the Grand Strand. The hotel location was a short drive to the Myrtle Commons Mall with tons of restaurants, stores and activities.
