Front desk agents were extremely friendly and accommodating, we had a last minute booking due to a canceled flight and our room was ready within the hour. Although there was no crib/bassinet available for our baby, we were able to make the fold out bed work with some rolled towels as bumpers.

Everyone was very friendly and nice. Our room was clean. Wished we could have stayed longer. Great location to Broadway at the beach and lots of great restaurants. We loved that it was dog friendly. Would definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 2 times now, The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the AC was cold. One elevator was out of commission however there was at least 1 more within the hotel so it wasn’t a big deal. Check in was quick and check out was even quicker. Pricing was good and location was good as well.

Hotel cancelled reservation and we were there for a Marathon! We paid for it back in October and they said they were having computer issues. Of course no way of contacting Experian!!!!! I should have know to confirm our reservation with the hotel but when Expedia say everything is good and they send you a receipt for being paid. Well you assume it’s Booked!! Never again!

The room was not very clean, trash and built up grime behind every spot. Around the Tv and night stands tissues, lighters, and other trash were still there from guest before. Dust and dirt was there as well. Remnants of candy were still on the floor in a couple spots. Luckily the bed was in decent shape and bathroom was manageable. Around the property there was a person drunk or under some other influence loitering at 10 am in the morning. The staff however was very nice they just seemed to be overwhelmed with the needs of the property.

The staff was fantastic. The accommodations were perfectly fine really my one complaint, was the overpowering smell of marijuana permeating the first floor although we did sign a no smoking agreement at check-in obviously many did not oblige

I’ve stayed here before. It was cleaner last time. My bathroom was pretty bad. There was a half bottle shampoo, dirty towel I had to bring down to from desk. Hair on the sink and toilet. Bed seemed clean. Front desk was very nice staff!
