This was a great stay for me and my family. My teen was able to sleep in the living room on the sleep sofa and have her own space. We enjoyed our privacy and being able to have meals inside thanks to the kitchenette. Had two balconies and two really soft beds in the suite. Will book again

This property was the worst of the ones around it. To start the trip off, I had done a book now, pay later option. Luckily I was called bc they told me that if I didn’t pay the first night by 1 (can’t check in until 4) then my reservation would be cancelled.. couldn’t even find a a manager to talk to! And the lady l was talkin to about it, GOT ATTITUDE with me “I’m not goin back and fourth” LIKE EXCUSE ME! Got there, and the guy at the front desk.. ARGUED with me about it instead of letting his customer feel heard.And the place STUNK! There was maid carts in the relaxing areas and all around just below average. My room was very big but just overall outdated. Appliances are rusted. Room furniture is bulky and ugly. I’ve never wrote a bad review and I travel a lot. I made it a point to do this review..

What I liked was that the price was reasonable, staff were friendly and we had access to the beach from the resort. What I didn't like was there were dead roaches all over the bathroom floor, the change filter light was on on the AC unit and the bath towels were stained with brown spots. After sleeping in the room for 3 nights I ended up with a sore throat and losing my voice due to breathing air that was being filtered through the dirty filter in the AC unit. Fortunately we were only there to shower & sleep each night, we did not spend much time at all in the room due to my children playing in a softball tournament all day. Pictures online are very deceiving and make the place look nicer than it was. It was disappointing.

The hotel was humid and musty smelling. Old looking. It had a kitchen with nothing in it. no glasses, plates, cooking ware. Nothing. The door was hard to open and close. No pillows on the couch.

Arrived at 5pm didn’t get checked in until 8:30 room was not ready. The decor is old and the room wasn’t very clean. There was left over hair in the bathroom. Left over items from previous person stay. And this morning I saw a roach crawling out of the stove. The pictures are retouched the furniture and items are worn and are dirty. I will not be rebooking at this location. It is definitely false advertising.

It served it purpose!!

It was a decent stay. First room lights didn’t work microwave busted and refrigerator would not close. As a result had to switch lady at the desk well it will be same as what you got, because I asked for ocean view and she states I didn’t request for ocean view. 2nd room tub drainage issue had to modify and the lights didn’t work well in the second room but we settled.

Rooms are nothing like the pictures.Its very outdated and they have the nerve to charge a deposit.What can you possibly damage.They charge for everything.A kitchen but no kitchen supplies.You have to pay for those.You pay for housekeeping to clean your room.The TV is so small.Its not enough room in the kitchen.I cleaned the room before we left and it looked better than how it looked when we got there.Im not gonna even talk about the pool area.They need to do some major changes if they want people to come back.

Awful…hotel

When I first arrived I noticed this wasn’t the place I thought it was but I still have it a try…so when I checked in I ask the front desk about out/in door pool and jacuzzi she then said that they have an outdoor pool and yes, they had a Jacuzzi come to find out. They did not clean the pool at all the whole weekend we were there the Jacuzzi was out of order. The whole building looks rundown we get into the room. There’s dirty towels from the people being for us hanging in the bathroom, molded couch, the air conditioner was leaking all on the floor, the remote to the TV fell apart, and just one more thing the curtain in front of the balcony window was hanging halfway off, which we fix that and the remote before leaving. The room floors were disgusting black on shoes and socks. Will not never come back there and will be very mindful the next time.

This hotel has alot of potential but workers need to take pride in they job. It was dark outside when I checked so I really didnt see the trash in the lobby. That need to be clean. The elevators were nasty trashy. Went to the room the hallways had a moldy odor. Went in the room I thought it said it had a pull out couch but it didnt so I went to change rooms. That room was so nasty the sheets nasty the floor had some slippery nasty it smelled. Changed rooms again still the same nasty. Changed again this time it was ok , it was clean. by this time all other hotels were booked so I had to stay and make tbest out of the weekend here with my daughter. But I will never stay again. every hallway we went too smell musty. Then when we checked no one said nothing and it was like five clean ppl standing there and nothing. I didnt see anyone clean nothing over the weekend. I seen one cleaning cart pushed on the floor that stayed in the same spot for hours. This hotel is nothing like the pictures. I wish I had pictures to post. But never again Oh! I forgot to mention the parking is across the street in a lot and they didnt mention that on the site unless I didnt see it.
