Our deck is the perfect place to sit back, relax and watch as the clouds wistfully dance across the horizon over the Atlantic Ocean. Inside you will find over 1,400 SF, 9th floor, of the perfect mixture of tasteful nautical touches, luxurious furnishings, and a simply elegant, no-clutter feel. New, wood flooring throughout. Every room provides such an inviting atmosphere…DESIGNED FOR RELAXATION!

The Maisons Sur Mer is a secure building, complete with a security desk at the entry of the lobby. Amenities include an oceanfront pool, tennis courts, and a bar/lounge that offers terrific food and drinks to enjoy while looking out to the pool deck and ocean. You can even see Apache Pier, which is within walking distance. Just across the street you will find a great little restaurant that tosses a terrific pizza!
