when I booked this hotel they said there was breakfast there was no breakfast so we went in they said there was coffee and then there was no coffee.. overall the rooms are fantastic in my opinion but the owner or operator of this hotel is false advertising or continental breakfast and coffee and you get neither they send you to the restaurant that is so expensive it's not even worth eating there it was $7 for two coffees when they're supposed to be free at this hotel

There was never anyone at the front desk. You had to call a number to get anyone to respond. They seemed put out that you needed any assistance. When they responded they were on personal phone calls. Beds were uncomfortable, bedding had stains on it. Towels were small and stiff, not to mention not enough for everyone staying in the room. Had to ask for towels for the pool area because there was never any in the pool area. Front lobby was freezing cold. There was never any coffee in the lobby like they stated.

The room was very dirty. I had to use disinfecting wipes all around especially the bathroom. There was a layer of dust on top of the fridge and on all the pictures and lamps. The room was just in awful shape all around. We stayed her about 7 years ago and it was nothing like this. There was a sliding door that even when closed and locked had a small gap that was open to the outside. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Everything in the room was falling apart. The bedside table had sticky spots all over from where someone clearly spilt a drink. The sheets were covered in stains. The desk chair was covered in white crumbs. There was black mold all over the ceiling of the bathroom. And there was a door to the outside (I was on the first floor) that didn't even lock. Anyone could've walked in. There was a bar that was (I'm assuming) supposed to stop someone from opening the door. But when I tested it to see of the door was locked the bar just fell out... I checked out less than 2 hrs after checking in. I went to dinner after check in and checked out as soon as I returned after eating. This is the filthiest most unsafe hotel I have ever made a reservation at. I would NOT recommend anyone stay here. No matter how cheap it is.

not at all the room and staff were excellent but the last night of our stay when my grandson was swimming in the pool when some random lady come running in with her clothes off and grabbing my grandson in bring him to the middle of the pool which was not okay all we had to file a police report so we're not too happy with that situation we wish some way it was made up to us

Room and hallways were dated with fixtures falling apart. Couldn't find a staff member to check out this morning. Felt a bit like it was abandoned, which may just be a symptom of traveling through a coastal area in the off-season. It does look like they're renovating a big section of the property, so I hope that means it will be in much better shape soon.

Clean room,great shower, easy parking and quiet atmosphere. The only negative comment is the lack of heat in the lobby- could not sit in the lobby due to no heat and staff were wearing heavy winter jackets!
