I liked the location and beach. The rooms were comfortable but bathroom floors could use some extra cleaning in the corners. The beds comfortable. The breakfast was ok. But convenient and free. The last night, people in room near us decided to party with loud music and yelling, and smoking until almost midnight. My family and I got no sleep but I did hear front desk telling them to stop.

Beautiful view but okay room

Okay stay. Beautiful view on the 5th floor oceanfront. Check in was 4pm exactly. I tried to check in 3pm but front desk said room was not ready. Once we received our room number there was someone else in the room when we entered. Front desk apologized and adjusted our stay. We received another room quickly. This room had a very strong odor. I didnt report right away as we were ready to get settled from our journey. But when I called the front desk the next morning, the customer service team was accommodating. A desktop machine to purify the room was placed in our room while we were gone. This made a world of difference. We were able to enjoy the remaining stay without the smell. Otherwise Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great housekeeping staff. Outdated furniture.

My stay at the hotel was average. I can’t say anything was horrible. The bed was a little too hard for my liking. My room was oceanfront which was a plus. The couch was old and could stand being replaced. But any stay in the Outer Banks is a good stay!
