The Nantucket Inn has quality staff that are especially helpful. They are pleasant all the time particularly the check in staff, cafe workers and shuttle driver. The rooms are immaculate. Very pleased.

Accommodations were fine. Service was not great. Even though we were off season, the front desk should have been clearer on shuttling to and from the Inn. Having never been to the area, we had no way of knowing the Inn's shuttle was not running. We also had no where to gather with our travel friends after 7:00. We should have had access to the lobby with our key card. We could not use the pool since it closed at 6:00p.

Rooms quiet clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. Staff so friendly and helpful from check in to pool to cafe staff. Pool excellent on a rainy day for kids. Close to everything but not in super busy location. Love it here and will be back!

Good rooms and great pool

Pool and hot tub are excellent. Rooms are not cleaned during stay. You have to ask for towels.
