The downtown Napa location was a significant advantage of this property. However, the rooms, although featuring comfortable beds, had bathtubs that were too high and showers with weak water pressure. A complimentary breakfast was offered, but the food was pre-prepared, wrapped, and placed in a designated area with room numbers, without any means to heat it up. It's likely that the eggs would have been cold. Throughout our stay, the staff was largely absent from the front desk. We had to inform them ahead of time if we wanted breakfast, and we missed it one morning because we didn't meet the deadline. Given the experience, I was disappointed and wouldn't stay here again.
