Property is deteriorating- boardwalk broken and in shambles and taped off - i hate saying it but although the room was clean (i had a renovated room) the housekeeping was very poor - no replacement of towels or coffee - bed wasn’t made some days - property needs some love

We truly love this place. My wife, two kids, and I have visited four times over the past four years, and it’s always been a wonderful experience. This year, however, we did notice that the property is beginning to show some signs of age and could benefit from a bit of maintenance. I’m confident that management will address this as needed. One suggestion I’d like to offer is regarding coffee availability. Unlike most hotels we’ve stayed at, coffee here isn’t available 24/7. A coffee machine in the lobby or near the breakfast area that guests can access at any time would be a great addition. It’s a small investment that would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. Additionally, we noticed that the breakfast meat options were limited to pork each day. Considering the diverse backgrounds of your guests, it would be thoughtful to include alternative options such as turkey or chicken sausage to accommodate those who do not consume pork. Aside from these points, we continue to love the property, the staff, and the location. We look forward to returning again!

Very disappointed. We've stayed here 6 ir 7 times previously. Last time, we commented the hotel had gotten shabby and we were vontacted to say the hotel was due a refurbushment. Things though gone from bad to abysmal. Room 137 is a disgrace. Dirty, musty. Mrs took some horrific pics. Decking where we had breakfast all rotting. Disappointed, as location is fab. Think that will be our last stay there.
