Excellent location when traveling by train. The train station is directly across the street from the hotel. Small amount of traffic noise during the day; usually quiet at night. Very nice breakfast buffet is available and recommended.

This is my worst stay in all of Europe. I was incredibly disappointed in staff service, particularly Lucia at the front desk. She needs more training. There is only ONE steamer for clothing in the ENTIRE hotel for ALL guests to use. She had the bellman enter my room in my absence to collect it after 1 hr despite me having a do not disturb sign on the door, which means these people enter your rooms without permission and do god knows what in your absence. I would never recommend this place to anyone and definitely do not feel safe after this experience. Avoid at all cost. Stay some place nicer and more prepared.

Reception staff very stiff and no greetings or acknowledgement, at breakfast the maitre d was not at all helpful booked us in then left us to or own resources never saw the man smile once. Would stay there again as right across the road from the main station but would not have the uninspiring breakfast

This was a great place to stay - my sister and I shared the junior suite. Given the relatively reasonable rate it exceeded expectations. Nice size, very well kept space, nice decor. Met housekeepers one day and they were wonderful giving us iron and board for a day. Great location 3 min walk from the main square but quieter. Yes there are a lot of stone stairs but they supplied someone to look after our luggage - poor guy - and my fitness app thought I was a rockstar!

The hotel is right next to Napoli Girbaldi train station and is very convenient if you have train ride plans and don’t have too much time. We used the hotel to arrive from Rome and then do a day excursion to Sorento and Positano. The hotel is very nice. The room upgrade was great and for 25 Euro we were able to check in at 10 AM when we arrived. The only problem w the room was there was smell of sewage in bathroom. Also the hotel does not have an iron and they have one steamer only they did not work.
