Great shuttle to and from the airport—you need to reserve it ahead of time. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but decent for the price. Staff was friendly and spoke great English. Hotel was quiet. There is a family steakhouse right outside the hotel which was nice. Also a convenience store inside the hotel if you need something.

Early check in. It’s not the flashiest hotel but to kill time until it’s time to check in for your flight - this hotel does the job. Clean, affordable plus free shuttle. Highly recommended

I liked the close proximity of parks and shops . The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable as was the bed. TV, air-conditioning , bathroom - good. The noise from other rooms can be somewhat audible. Communication can be made better if Whatsapp were provided.

Our stay was smooth and easy, the only thing is that there was a big group of some sort of team staying and they we a little noise and knocking on our door (probably thinking our room was ine of their group) other than that and a little leak on the toilet everything was good including the breakfast!

The hotel location is great, you get to spend time at Narita city, close enough to the airport, the transfer service works smoothly. All the members from the staff are very helpful and professional.
