I like that the hotel was located downtown in walking distance of boutiques, restaurants, and historical sites. However, the hotel charged an extra 40 dollars after I paid in full through Expedia stating it was mandatory for usage of the pool, safe, and WiFi; which I never used!

Lost the Thrill

Probably have stayed at this hotel about 30 nights in the last ten years but this time it wasn’t as the past. The breakfast has never regained the pre-Covid standard but worst was someone was slamming doors at 2:00 Am on Sunday morning. I never was able to fall back to sleep. Additionally, check in was terribly slow. Should not take 30 minutes

Very nice and very comfortable!

The room was amazing. We had a balcony but couldn’t go out due to it being cold. It also had a jacuzzi tub in the corner of the bedroom. It felt great. My only complain would be that the bar in the lobby was not stocked well enough and the bartender was dressed like he was a maintenance man. Not a bartender. The bar looked elegant but he was very off-putting. He was nice but nothing professional about him. He did pour my drink very strong so yay for me.
