The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool was very cold and there was a giant hole in the ceiling causing a cold draft to come in. So being the winter, the pool wasn’t the best and was very cold.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room looked clean, until we went to crawl into bed and there was blood on the sheets. They discounted the room, but it should be free at that point. That’s too much. Now I know not even the sheets were cleaned. We all know they don’t wash the comforters, so we don’t use them, but the sheets. Too much.

Staff was great. In a great location. We were down in Nephi for a baseball tournament. The hotel was close to the field. Everything was great service wise. The room itself was okay, bed was comfortable, plenty of tv channels. The shower however was my only complaint. When we arrived, there were several dead flies in the tub and around the toilet. The water pressure of the shower was about a soft drizzle, along with zero hot water. Other than that the stay was great. Cold shower will help you wake up in the morning. Will most likely stay again due to the cost and location of the facility. Breakfast was great as well, plenty of things to choose from and take with you for the day.
