Villa Las Palomas is nestled in the prestigious Parador neighbourhood of Nerja, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Burriana Beach. This charming villa offers a prime location for your dream holiday on the Costa del Sol, combining Andalusian charm with modern amenities.



INSIDE VILLA DESCRIPTION:

The villa is spread over two floors, with the ground floor accessible by 10 steps from the main street.

On the ground floor you find an elegant entrance hall leading to a bright kitchen following by the lounge and dining area from which you can access directly the pool area.



In the upper floor you will find the three bedrooms: two twin rooms sharing a full bathroom and a master king-size bedroom with en-suite facilities.

Bathrooms feature bathtubs with overhead showers and stylish marble wash basins.

Patio doors in the master and one twin bedroom open onto a terrace overlooking the pool.



FULLY EQUIPPED FOR YOUR STAY:

Enjoy the convenience of a fully fitted kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, as well as modern amenities like a washing machine, free WiFi, and a TV with international channels.



Air-conditioning is available in the living room and in all bedrooms for added comfort. These machines have both a cold function for the summer and hot function for the cooler winter months.



Optional services subjected to availability and extra cost include: welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping and taxi transfers from the airport.



Villa Las Palomas is ideal for familiesgroups looking for comfort, relaxation, and fun. It has 6 sunbeds and a table tennis table situated in the private pool area.



This villa is the sister property to Villa Las Dalias, offering a communal door option for connected groups. The villa is also next to our other Parador area properties, including Flamingo, Victoria, Jazmines, Buganvilla, Almassora, Lily, Daisy, Catalina, Suero, Bonilla, Valeria and Verania—perfect for hosting larger gatherings.

Bed linen and towels included and will be changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End-of-stay cleaning included

PARKING FACILITIES:

Please be aware, the parking space inside the villa is only for small cars as the space is only 4.45cm long. There is street parking in the area around the house.
