The hotel overall is very good, with easy access to the pool and a pleasant, relaxing ambiance. The rooms are neat, clean, and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. However, the breakfast could definitely use some improvement, especially in terms of vegetarian options. Adding more variety would make the experience much better for guests who prefer or need vegetarian food. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel’s atmosphere and cleanliness.

The desk staff was Inattentive, almost rude, but the cleaning staff was friendly. The room was clean, night table lamp inoperative. For my next trip I’ll consider Holiday Inn Express and Candlewood Suites.

Our first room had no hot water…this was known to the staff as a boiler had been out of service for over a month. Our second room had hot water but the toilet whistled every time it was flushed. Only one elevator worked. Multiple areas needed repairs. I expect more given the price being charged.
