Unfortunately it was an overall unpleasant experience. More motel than Inn and definitely not Suites. Rooms were not clean and had ants including in the bed. We immediately made arrangements to change hotels. Staff was helpful and understanding Cannot recommend.

Room was clean and had all necessities we needed. My only complaint was the air temp wouldn’t go down enough. And the outside road noise was very loud and completely destroyed my sleep.

the floor carpet is dirty.. you can see dirt on the bottom of your feet when you get in the shower. There were some sort of bugs in the room. I they were roaches they we very small. We saw them at least three times

We didn’t spend a lot of time in our room but when we did it was comfortable. The pool and hot tub are very nice, clean, and functional. The staff is friendly and helpful. Located close to I-35 with lots of access to food, shopping and entertainment. New Braunfels is a nice and friendly city with lots of different events and attractions.
