A decent stay, convenient with easy access to the highway & quiet. It is a bit run-down, though; the hallway carpet needs to be replaced or deeply cleaned. The bathroom has some missing/chipped tile, and it could also use a deep clean. The staff was very nice, and overall, we would stay there again.

Was ok - only negatives were no liners in the ice bucket or trash cans and I could not use the in room coffee maker. It was missing the pod holder. When I tried to call desk no one answered I tried twice

Parking was fine. I parked in the front. I don't know if there is a water issue here or not. Hotel I utilized across the street you might say also had one ice machine. At least that one had a lever. This one had a scoop attached to a string that fell inside and touched the ice on top. Other than that I think maybe they are protecting themselves from the usual shenanigans that folks pull when staying at a hotel.

Was not aware until I checked in, the rooms were only serviced every fourth day. If you needed clean towels, you had to bring them down to the desk, if you wanted your trash picked up you had to put it outside your door. Might not sound like much of an inconvenience, but for the price they charged I was not expecting it The staff was very helpful and friendly. And the guests were also enjoyable. Although the location was very convenient, to gas stations, restaurants, and interstates, it wasn’t a nice location There was really not a portico or porch where you could pull in and unload. If you stopped outside the front door, you were blocking the parking lot. The parking lot itself was not that big, although I didn’t have any trouble finding spaces when I needed them. You couldn’t access any of the outside doors with your key card You could leave by them, but you could not get back in So if you parked in the back parking lot, you had to walk the whole way around to the front door to get in The two doors that I tried to get in from the back we’re both broken and would not read the key cards

I needed a room quick and this place fit the bill. It was clean and very convenient and the staff, at the desk, was so helpful. I will be staying at this hotel again since I now need to travel through the area on a regular basis. Parking got a little tight at night, but the hotel was quite occupied. Food was hot and they had a nice selection.

Staff were very pleasant and quite accommodating. I felt the breakfast was sufficient but sausage could have been warmer. This was my fifth year staying at this motel during the Hershey Swap Meet.
