The room was quiet and comfortable and clean. The reception we got at the front desk was terrible. The host was rude and disrespectful. I couldn’t even hear her talking she was so quiet. I asked another host for a shower chair, she never mad eye contact with me and said I think so. She asked my room number 3 times. I called the restaurant for their hours the person answering was so unpleasant. The one guy who was great was the fellow in charge of the breakfast. I will not return!!

A/C worked at first then throughout the night it couldn't stay cool. On the last night, the toilet was only removing water, not waste.i brought this to the attention of the front desk when we checked out. Great location

Paid extra for a room with a jetted tub. There was a remote on the wall that was rigged up to turn it on and an inadequate plug that wouldn’t hold water even for a few minutes. Had to flush toilet by sticking hand in water tank and pulling. The chain was rusted and broken. Very disappointing, especially for the name and cost.

False fire alarms

The fire alarms blared at 4:00 AM for 30 to 40 minutes. No explanation, no apology, no type of compensation. It was mass chaos as it was occurring, but the next morning upon check-out ... nothing!!

Overall good experience. Hotel was clean but definitely could use some renovation. Cracking paint, dated appliances (besides the tv). The shower also was a sit down with a hand held nozzle which was really terrible. Overall not bad for a short stay and the staff was incredibly friendly.

We were woken up by the fire alarm because someone decided to smoke mj at 4 am. Called front desk with no answer then went down to front desk to discover no one was even there. The alarm went off for 20 minutes. My husband took the smoke detector off the wall to see if it was the batteries immediately put it back up with no known damage whatsoever. I was charged $250. There is 0 policy for touching the fire alarm. This is completely unjust

Everything was excellent in the hotel property. It was safe and our vehicle was safe the whole time with a parking facility below the building. The only complaint that I have is that the pillows are typical of the "My Pillow" in that when I laid my head on it, my head sunk and there was no support. So, if they could offer an alternative pillow, that would be great!
