Dryer plug was broken so they had to replace it. Fire alarm went off 8am, which was a good weak up call for breakfast. The breakfast was pretty good though

Look to stay elsewhere!

This was a half-step above a Notell-Motel. Dirty, smelly and a staff that just doesn’t give a hoot. I’m not sure who is rating this place with 4 stars or if the definition of “luxury” is understood - it is neither. The online photos are NOT this place. Aside from the disgustingly stained couches, sides of the beds and desk chairs, the curtains were half off the rods, the shower curtain was missing the attachable liner and the tub looked like it was cleaned by dancers wearing football cleats. Then sheets smelled like they were hung to dry in a grease kitchen and the towels smelled as though they hung in a Chinese restaurant. Nothing against those place but sheets and towels should not smell like that. The fire alarm malfunctioned SEVERAL times, and while outside waiting for the all clear, watched 2 vehicles get towed from their lot

Suited our needs

We were just at this hotel for a quick overnight before flying out of New Haven Tweed. It was clean though the bathroom was quite dated. There was a lot of noise from the highway, which made it difficult to sleep at various points during the night. There was also somebody parked outside from about 2 to 4 AM blaring loud music. It has outstanding proximity to the airport and other local attractions but next time I would request a room in the back of the hotel.

We reserved a non smoking room. When we entered our room we were surprised to find that it smelled like marijuana. We spoke to the front desk and they were very accommodating. While at the front desk, there were three law enforcement officers looking for one of the guests so that made us uncomfortable. I would not stay there again even though the price was reasonable.

The overall experience was fine for what it was, i just had some minor issues. I kept hearing people screaming and it was a little creepy. A few times i heard a lady screaming like she was going to fight someone but it seemed like she was speaking to children. Another time at night i heard a man yelling things like "leave me alone" and "why are you touching me". A more minor issue, the bathroom needs to be updated and renovated. Another minor issue, the location of the gym is very weird. Other than those minor gripes, I had a fine stay
