I couldnt see myself staying at this hotel once i got to the compound. It was very dirty and my window look was a dumbster with a homeless man digging in it.

Pros, location, clean room, friendly staff now for the cons, room I got was not big enough for 5 people, beds were full size had to get an air mattress. We had to call front desk every time we needed to use the elevator if we were on the second floor we would have taken the stairs but we were on the fourth floor. Only one laundry room and it’s on the second floor and it only had one washing machine which you had to pay 3.50 for 30 minutes and it had one dryer which was 3.50 for an hour I used them because I needed to not because I wanted too for that price I should have found a laundromat, also no mini fridge which I needed for my medication.Breakfast was ok not that we had any but we did look at what they had. On my next trip to New Haven sorry to say will not be staying here.

Hotel was adequate overall. Hotel and area around felt safe. Floors in the room were somewhat dirty, as well as bathrooms. For a hotel that has been refurbished lately, it was clear all changes were surface level (fresh paint & flooring, some new light fixtures). Some cracks in bathroom tiling and bathtub looked ancient. Staff were often not at front desk, and breakfast started later than stated.

This hotel needs to be shut down, completely renovated & placed under new management. First of all, my reservation - which I had PAID FOR 2 weeks in advance - was mysteriously cancelled on my way from the airport to the hotel. Check in time was 3pm, & I arrived at 7. The clerk didn't know why it was cancelled, but she found me a room with one double bed & a sleeper sofa. On the way to my room the clerk informed me that the elevator - which was tiny and the only one in this 8 story, 152 room hotel - had to be operated by one of the staff, as it was in the process of being repaired. The sofa itself was threadbare, decrepit, & shockingly filthy. There were stains on the cushions & a cigarette burn on one of the arms. The mattress had a huge yellow-brown stain which I was able to see because there was no bedding on it when I pulled it out. Disgusted & flabbergasted by what I saw, I requested & was given another room with 2 double beds. The room was immaculate (as was the other one) and the beds were clean, so I settled in for the night, only to learn that the TV didn't work. I called the front desk & was informed that there was no one that could troubleshoot at that time of the night, but that alone wasn't a big deal. What did it for me was being awakened early in the morning by the sound of water splashing onto the floor from the ceiling during a rain storm.

While the hotel provides a hot breakfast from 7–10 AM and parking, the elevator system is completely unacceptable and a major safety hazard. In order to use the elevator, guests are required to call the front desk to have it sent to their floor. This is an outdated and highly inconvenient system, especially when no one is available at the reception desk or answers the phone. My family experienced this firsthand. They were stuck waiting for the elevator while no one at the front desk responded to multiple calls. With no one present at the reception and no other way to access the elevator, my family was forced to carry their luggage down six flights of stairs. This is not a minor inconvenience — it’s a serious safety risk. In the event of an emergency, guests could be left without a reliable way to exit the building. This process is completely unacceptable, and hotel management must address this immediately for the safety, accessibility, and basic comfort of their guests.

The hotel is dirty and there was music blaring from people outside the hotel from 11am to 1am. The front desk said they couldn't do anything about it. I had to check out and find a different hotel as I could not sleep here. I would never go back.

Upon arrival my reservation was difficult for front desk to find...Our living area in our room was ok and clean but the bathroom was so bad we didnt use the shower..mold and stains lined the bathroom, cigarette stains on the sink, toilet leaked and shower curtian was ready to fall out of the wall...the complimentary coffee was so terrible I almost vomited and my Fience wouldnt even drink it...the coplimentary breakfast was either a slice of toast or stale begal and upon check out the attendent was out having breakfast which made us late for out early appointment.. The TV continually shut itself off and most stations werent available and no explaination was given to us by the front desk..We made 4 complaints the 1st few hrs there but all were completely ignored..

No remote in room, elevator only accessible with an employee, so you had to call to get the elevator to come to your floor. The bed had broken springs. Both people rolled to the middle of the bed, which was a full, not a queen as advertised. Once we got the TV on the service was horrible kept going in and out.

Arrived at 315 for 3 o clock check in . The room wasn’t ready till 345 . The room reeked of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Asked for another room but no others available with a fridge which we wanted. Staff was friendly enough and they did provide breakfast. Doubt I’d stay at this particular location again. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at but far from the best
