Imagine arriving after a 25-hour journey, only to find out the elevator is out of order and your room is on the 4th floor. We had to drag heavy luggage up four floors with children, which was exhausting and unacceptable. To make things worse, the sink in the room was not working. We informed the front desk, but the staff member was arrogant, rude, and completely unhelpful, he simply replied “yes” and did not move an inch to resolve the issue. This place shows zero concern for guests, especially families. A BIG, BIG NO. Stay away, guys.

The Elevator was all the time "Out of Service" The Tv Doesn't work and the hair blower either. The bathroom was stuck and the Staff was a a bit uncomfortable. The price was good, the room was clean and the beds and sheet was ok. The heater very good the bathroom awesome, clean towels. Not enough body Supplies for Stay time.

Place was a dump, literally smelled like a sewer and smoke, used heavy fragrance to attempt to mask the smell. Staff was unfriendly. Nrver a good sign when police are called. Broken shower. Would never go back left after a coupke hours would never spend the night.
