Room that I reserved was not available. Gave us a room with 1 queen bed for 4 people. Try to charge me a second time after I already paid Expedia. At midnight the manager tried to force their way in. Awful experience

Nice hotel

This was our second visit to this hotel. Convenient location to our family. The hotel was nice, our room (King suite) was very spacious. All the desk employees were already friendly and helpful! The breakfast was very good as well! We often brought dinner in and sat in the lobby which was very accommodating! Will definitely use this hotel again in the future!

I like this Hampton Inn - location and price were good and staff were kind and helpful. Only issue was that the cable was not working so watching tv wasn’t an option.

I loved the breakfast buffet. Always stocked nice and very clean. The reason i gave it 3 stars is because there is no place to leave luggage after checkout.

Quality went downhill.

Our heater was broken on the first floor suite. Machine was so incredibly loud asked maintenance to fix it and they did not. It would kick on the AC after getting to the optimal temperature. We were up multiple times in the night. Rooms are not kept up well. Tp holder taped on in bathroom. The long metal piece at the top of the curtain seemed to be separating from the wall and looked like it was about to fall off. Also, the beaded pull string to open the curtains came out of the wall and the screw to hold them back onto the wall wasnt even in the wall. We have a one year old this was extremely dangerous! Weve stayed here 5 times and wont be back sadly. Hallways consistantly smelled too.

We stayed here the better part of a week caring for a relative in the nearby hospital. The hotel is a bit run down but generally clean. Decent breakfast. The price was very fair.

Beautiful hotel; great location

The rooms were spacious and very clean and comfy. Our only issue was that we booked two rooms together and upon check in we were unable to have the rooms adjoining and they weren't even able to secure two rooms close to each other. Also, for a suite with a kitchen area I would expect that you have atleast a few glass cups and a wine opener at least on site. Other than that, beautiful hotel and staff were very kind.
