the biggest issue was the AC/heating unit—it was extremely loud and ran all night with a constant, disruptive noise. After a long day of driving and looking forward to a restful night before continuing my vacation, I found it really difficult to sleep. The noise made it hard to relax, and I woke up feeling tired and unrested. This would have been a much better stay if the room had quieter climate control. Hopefully, the management can look into fixing or upgrading the system for future guests.

I was given a room that had food all over the floor. When I called the front desk they said housekeeping was gone so they brought me a vacuum to clean the floor myself. A few hours later I pulled the covers down on the bed and the sheets were covered with curly black men’s chest hairs . Again I called the desk and this time they moved me to another room, even though earlier they said they didn’t have another room. When I asked for some of my money back they stated that there wasn’t a manger present to help. Needless to say I won’t ever be staying there again

There are some ups and downs when staying here. I visited on a holiday weekend and arrived late. I called ahead (waited on hold for about 8 minutes before I got through) to let the clerk at the desk know that I would be arriving late. I was told that wasn’t a problem. What I wasn’t told was that you can’t get in at night, unless someone lets you in. The only way into the building after 8 is with a pass card. If you haven’t checked in yet, you need a bit of luck. Knocking on the door, calling, etc, will not get the clerks attention. The room was almost very clean. A little rundown, but overall, fine. The only issue I had there is one of the washcloths had a bunch of hair in it. Everything else was very clean. The heating and cooling system works very well and didn’t cause any problems. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The free breakfast is fine, not great, but lots of hot coffee, and in line with what you’d expect. Even when it’s really busy at breakfast, there is plenty of food for everyone. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, didn’t hear too much noise from other guests. There is comfortable seating in the lounge area. This hotel is what I needed, the location was close to where I needed to be, the price was right, and the free breakfast was helpful. I will probably stay here again.

We were promised a crib as we were traveling with a one-year-old and when we got there, they said somebody else was using it and we did not get the baby crib. We had to go out and buy a playpen for $79.

Upon arrival the room had dirty towels on the sink and no toilet paper. All of the “clean” towels were covered in long black hair. The front desk did supply fresh towels quickly however they still had hair and stains

Surprised the first two days carpets in elevator and at least 2nd floor were dirty staff very nice. One point there were4 people trying to check in and only one person was working behind the desk another time it was 7 people check in again only one person working behind desk. Overall though very nice stay.

I had a great time. Checking in was easy. All you can eat breakfast with eggs, waffles, juice, fresh fruits etc. Ms Patricia was the staff that helped me check out in the morning. She was so kind and because of her she made my day a-little better. Thank you. I recommend this place
